Description of the Product

The Riviera olive’s pâté is obtained trough a separating process of the olive from the fruit and homogenization of the pulp.

Black Olives, Cultivar Leccino, 100% Italian. With medium/little caliber, are characterised by shades of colour from yellow to black with a strong flavor and a light bitter aftertaste.

Ideal as appetizer, is normally spread on “bruschetta” (toasted bread) or to season Pasta, by itself, or with cherry tomatoes, double cream and Genoese Pesto.
